摘要
Effectively controlling the vibration amplitude at the critical speed is an important measure to ensure the safety operation of rotor systems. In view of the disadvantages of the existing dynamic balancing methods to deal with non-stationary vibration signals, a new transient balancing method of rotor based on non-stationary information is presented. The method adopts the idea of modal balancing and extracts rotating frequency vibration information nearby the critical speed from the run-up accelerating response data by empirical mode decomposition. The initial phase point information is obtained by means of the key phase signal, and then by adding appropriate trial weights, the correction masses are calculated utilizing Holo-balancing method. Compared with the traditional dynamic balancing method, this method does not need to acquire steady-state vibration signals, so as to make the rotor pass through the critical speed smoothly. The experiment results show that not only the amplitude at the critical speeds but also the number of test runs can be reduced effectively.
