摘要：
We spend more time as time goes because of a traffic jam, a growing number of cars, busy life and so on. Therefore people want to do something in their cars not to waste their valuable time in their busy life. It is possible to check email, to read some news and to manage the next schedule in a car with telematics technology now. However it is very dangerous for drivers to input data into a small device and read something. In this paper we suggest a system architecture for developing speech based email service system in telematics environment to enable for a driver not to be taken his attention to input some data in a small device and read something from it.
