摘要
A low concentrating PV module and its active water-cooling system were fabricated and investigated experimentally. The parameters including temperature, output power and efficiency were obtained during the test day and compared with a fixed solar cell. The results show that the output power of the concentrated solar cell is more than the fixed cell obviously during the experiment, the temperature of the concentrated cell is controlled under 60℃ essentially by water cooling, and the influence of water flow rate on heat efficiency and conversion efficiency of the solar cell is analyzed, which will provide references for further study of concentrated PV system. ©, 2014, Taiyangneng Xuebao/Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
