Influence of EU's REACH law on China's chemical industry

The trades of import and export between China and EU are introduced. The influence of inurement and operation of EU's REACH law on China's chemical industry are pointed out as follows: (1) obstacles would be set for China's export of chemical and related products; (2) the cost of import from EU would be increased; (3) the current balance of international chemical trading would be broken; (4) the competitive power of China's exporting goods would be weakened; (5) the products that might affect human health and environment would be transferred to China. Some countermeasures and advice are also given.
