摘要
In the lithium complex grease which was made of different viscosity base oil, several kinds of extreme pressure and anti-wear additives was added. The anti-wear properties of grease was measured by the four ball tester, the element content and surface of steel ball scar was analyzed by the scan electron microscope. The influence of anti-wear properties for the viscosity of base oil and rotation speed to the solid additives and liquid additives was explained by the analysis and contrast of steel ball surface temperature, scar diameter, scar surface and scar element content.
