摘要
A new high-speed milling cutter was used to carry out the milling experiment of woven CFRP. The influence of feed speed, rotation speed, milling width and their interaction on the milling force and the average surface roughness of the workpiece was studied by using the analysis of variance method. Based on the results of the analysis of variance, the response surface method was used to establish prediction models of milling force and average surface roughness. Taking the maximum material removal rate as the optimisation target, and the milling force and average surface roughness as constraints, the genetic algorithm was used to optimise the milling parameters. The results showed that when the maximum allowable surface roughness is 0.50 μm, 0.65 μm and 0.8 μm, the material removal rate increases by 104.3%, 14.9% and 25.0%, which proves the validity of the optimised results.
