摘要
The vibration isolation effectiveness (VIE) performance comparison models of two-stage mounting system with flexible and rigid intermediate mass were established, and the influences of system parameters on isolation performance were analyzed. Based on analysis results, a novel integrated adjustable two-stage mounting module with flexible structure form and wide range of design bearing capacity was designed, which could be arranged in compact structure space and could greatly reduce the total size and weight of mounting device compared with that of traditional floating raft mounting system with flexible intermediate mass. Meanwhile, it exhibited great vibration attenuation and attitude control performance. Vibration isolation effectiveness and attitude control experiments were carried out based on a ship power plant prototype. Results show that the novel modularization mounting system meets the VIE index with 50% weight reduction compared with traditional floating raft mounting system, and presents good attitude control accuracy. © 2022, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
