摘要
Combined with a uniformly accelerated DDA(digital differential analyzer) interpolation algorithm, variable period interpolation technology and real-time look-ahead technology, a new direct interpolation algorithm for small line is proposed. Rough interpolation is made up of two parts: velocity planning and real-time looking-ahead. A uniformly accelerated DDA interpolation algorithm is adopted in fine interpolation. The maximum allowable transition velocity is calculated, and the actual speed is then adujsted in accordance with look-ahead data. Finally the DDA interpolation algorithm is used to output pulse. Each small line is no longer split into smaller micro-lines, but interpolated by fine interpolation device. The results demonstrate that the algorithm has higher actual speed and no theoretical error.
