Research on product innovation design driven by current reality tree, contradiction resolution diagram using TOC model

摘要
A process model of contradiction solving for TRIZ was briefly described, and thinking process of product conflict for TOC was explicated. Product conflict-solving innovation model was represented marrying TRIZ with TOC. Five legitimate diagrams(i.e. current reality tree, contradiction resolution diagram, future reality tree, prerequisite tree, transition tree) were analyzed. The design process of construction model was put forward solving product conflict according to current reality tree, legitimate diagrams and contradiction-solving matrix based on TOC and TRIZ. It is feasible to drive product innovation design using the design method.
