摘要
The surface of AISI304 tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding joint was processed by aser shock processing. Residual stress of AISI304 welding line surface treated by LSP was measured with X-350A X-ray type stress tester, and the generation mechanism of residual stress was analyzed. Experimental results show that the residual stress of welding joint treated by LSP is about 110 MPa, the strengthened effects of AISI304 treated by LSP is obvious. The residual stress of welding joint markedly reduces, and the distribution of residual stress tends to be homogeneous.
