摘要
A series of catalytic pyrolysis were carried out on a laboratory scale fixed-bed reactor in which walnut shell and peanut shell were chosen as feedstock for preparation of hydrogen. They were operated with and without the existence of catalyst, like MnO2, Al2O3, CaO. The mutative law of activated energies in pyrolysis of two raw materials was contrasted emphatically through the experiment. The kinetic parameters of the pylolysis were further obtained by numerical calculation. The results show that the volume fraction and yield of hydrogen in gaseous product can be promoted by adding suitable catalysis, and meanwhile activation energy of reaction is reduced to make the pyrolysis easily.
