Research on automatic detecting technology of Razor's assembling quality based on the machine vision system

摘要
In order to fulfill the function of razor, it is important that the assembling angle and the extension elongation of the razor match the requirement. In this paper, a new kind of machine vision system for detecting the assembling angle and the extension elongation of razor is designed. Firstly, the special image capture system is introduced, and then the assembling characters and measure method are analyzed. The Wavelet algorithm is applied to check the edge of razor, which can afford the more accurate data of razor edge checking than traditional measure method and has a great help to detect assembling quality of razor. At last, the experiments results show this system has a great accuracy and reached the Standard of blade assemble detecting.
