The effects of solution temperature on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of Al-Mg-Sn-Ga-Bi alloys were investigated by microstructure observation,static corrosion,electrochemical corrosion,and constant current discharge tests. The selection of a suitable solid solution temperature can improve the corrosion resistance and discharge properties of the alloys by regulating the morphology,quantity and distribution of the second phase. The alloys after solid solution treatment at 540 ℃ has a self-corrosion rate of 0. 25 mg/(cm2·min)which is an order of magnitude lower than that of the as-cast alloy;its discharge voltage and anode utilization can reach 1. 157 V and 89. 49% at 100 mA/ cm2 © 2023 Cailiao Daobaoshe/ Materials Review.
