摘要
Starch gelatinization degree is one of the most important indexes for feedstuff processing, which affects the utilization efficiency of energy in feedstuffs, digestibility coefficients of feedstuffs and animal performance. In this study, two rapid quantification methods for starch gelatinization degree were selected. The determination coefficients of calibration and validation models of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) were 0.8759 and 0.9608, respectively, while those of rapid viscosity analysis (RVA) were 0.8025 and 0.8746, respectively. Those results show that NIRS and RVA methods can predict gelatinization degree of pellet feedstuff starch rapidly and accurately. And they also can be used in on-line determining the starch gelatinization degree in feedstuff industry, and the quality level of pellet feedstuff processing can be improved.
