Reliability of shearer picks based on dynamic analysis

摘要：
In order to calculate the reliability of shearer picks, dynamics of picks is analyzed. The actual situation is treated as random variables, the work stress and material intensity of shearer are determined by statistical methods. Analyses show that: the work stress is subject to Gamma distribution and the material intensity is subject to normal distribution. According to stress-intensity intervention theory a mathematical model of shearer picks reliability is established. Mathematical model of shearer picks reliability provides the theory basis for diagnosing shearer failures.
