摘要
The results of development of the test equipment for spectral response measurement of ultraviolet focal plane arrays (UV FPA) are present The test bench allows automatically measurements in spectral range of 190-540 nm. Measurements of spectral response of UV FPA based on AlGaN material are realized according to GOST 17772-88 and IEC 60904-8.
