Fuzzy finite element optimization of complicated mechanical structure

摘要
According to the principles of fuzzy mathematics and finite element, the paper focuses on analysis and fuzzy optimal design of complicated mechanical structure by an example of the valve body of full-bore type safety valve manufactured by Harbin HBC Valve Company Limited. The main model of valve body designed by fuzzy finite element is developed under virtual environment by using VC.NET platform and APDL provided by ANSYS. The complicated and indigestible ANSYS command stream is encapsulated in background process. So the system can largely reduce the valve body study and design workload. With the satisfaction of the sealing capability and intensity under engineering requirements, through 12 times of iterative computation, the weight of the object is reduced by 17.50%. It is concluded that fuzzy optimization can improve the sealing capability and reduce the offset of center axis on the basis of structural rigidity in a certain range for the valve body. So the structure and dimension are more reasonable.
