摘要
With reference to the procedures of International Towing Tank Conference (ITTC, 2017) and the national standards, the uncertainty of ship model self-propulsion test was analysed.Firstly, the self-propulsion test process was combed to determine the source of uncertainty.According to the test principle of self-propulsion test, a method of converting test data at different temperatures was put forward, which makes up for the defect of ITTC on the uncertainty analysis rule of self-propulsion test.Secondly, the uncertainties of propeller model speed, thrust and torque in the ship model self-propulsion test were calculated, and the uncertainty of the related self-propulsion factor was further calculated. The results show that at the nominal temperature of 15℃, according to the 95% confidence level, the expansion uncertainty of rotational speed is less than 0.4%, and the expansion uncertainty of thrust and torque is less than 1.0%.The extended uncertainty of reduction factors is less than 5.5%, wake factor 1.1%.At the same time, the steps and methods of uncertainty analysis of ship model self-propulsion test can be used as a reference for other tank tests. © 2020, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
