摘要
There are a lot of cases that shield method is commonly used to build underground railway through composite strata, but not a unified and reliable load system was established in the load calculation of lining segments in composite strata. In view of this, a modified beam-spring load system suitable for this kind of strata was proposed by analyzing the defects of traditional beam-spring load system in composite strata. Based on the engineering background of the composite stratigraphic sections between Mulianchong Road Station to Yuhua Square Station as well as East Laodong Road Station to Huaya Station of Changsha Metro line 5, finite element software was used to analyze the deformation and mechanical properties of the tube segments in the traditional beam-spring load system and the modified beam-spring load systems. The reliability of the modified beam-spring load system was verified by combining with field measured data. The results show that in the upper soft and lower hard strata, the vertical displacement at the bottom of the tunnel is small. Compared with the traditional beam-spring load system, the bending moment direction of the segment at the bottem of the tunnel obtained by the modified beam-spring load system is generally opposite to that of the traditional one, which manifests as internal tension and exeernal compression, and the numerical value of the internal force is correspondinly reduced. Therefore, it is suggested that the lateral reinforcement strength and bolt shear strength should be checked for this kind of strata, and the reinforcement design of tunnel bottom piece should be adjusted when necessary, which provides reference for the construction of shield tunnel in such strata. © 2020, Central South University Press.
