Information entropy applied in management of construction project

摘要：
System forecast is applied in many fields of science in recent years. This paper cites information entropy, and introduces the way that contain forecast with Shannon of information into project management. According to the example, the paper infers and forecasts systemically, and calculates the number for information entropy, then compare with maximum of Shannon to make sure the main reason which lead to bad phenomenon in engineering management information entropy. For this case, malpractice can be held back in engineering management.
