摘要
This paper describes the development of a novel reference part for material extrusion (MEX, formerly known as FDM). It presents a two-step quality evaluation procedure for the reference part. Briefly, first, the reference part will be assessed optically and ranked according to a pre-defined quality matrix. Subsequently, quantitative measurement using a 3D scanner will be used to analyze the deviation between the target and the real geometry. © 2022, VDI Fachmedien GmBH & Co. KG. All rights reserved.
