摘要
The macromolecule coupling agent containing the flexible segment was synthesized, which was used as the compatilizer of the sisal fiber (SF)/polypropylene (PP) wood plastic composites. The composites were characterized by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis, mechanical testing, wide angle X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) examination. The results show that the interface adhesion between SF and PP is improved after SF surface treatment with macromolecule coupling agent, and the thermal stability of composites, crystallization rate and degree of crystallinity of PP are increased. But the crystalline structures of PP are still typical α crystal form.
