摘要：
In this paper, the internal and external factors of resource outsourcing were analyzed and the guiding ideology about outsourcing non-core operation was decided. According to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation index system of the resources outsourcing's contribution to the core operational capacity and its fuzzy comprehensive model was constructed. The evaluation index system, some beneficial references are proposed in this paper to distinguish the core operation of automobile enterprise.
