摘要
The integrated management of electric power resources includes two aspects: supply side management and demand side management. The target of supply side management is to improve both power resource structure and production efficiency of power supply department and increase the electric energy supply from production enterprises; and the target of demand side management is to reduce the electric energy demand of terminal customers by means of regulating the structure, mode and efficiency of power utilization. The author thinks that because the supply side management is as important as the demand side management, by use of integrated management of them a better management effect could be achieved, thus in order to realize the equilibrium between power supply and power demand, the power demand of customers should be decreased while the power supply is increased. After the integrated management is implemented, it can be seen from the variation of supply-demand curve that the social benefit can reach its maximum.
