摘要
For the disadvantages of water-lubricated single liner bearings, such as low-load, high-resistance, high-vibration and high-noise, a double liner structure is proposed, which is expected to achieve a new breakthrough in the high-load, low-resistance, vibration attenuation and noise reduction. The fluid-structure interaction method is employed to study the water-lubricated bearings. The fluid-structure interaction bearing model is established. The influences of the eccentricity ratios and liner thickness on the pressure, load-carrying capacity, deformation and stress are explored. The influence mechanisms of the liner thickness on the lubrication performances are revealed. It is shown that the static structural parameters are positively correlated with the eccentricity ratios, speeds and liner thickness, but negatively correlated with the liner thickness ratio. There is an optimal range for the eccentricity ratios to minimize the coefficient of friction. In addition, when the eccentricity ratios are large, the possibility of rupture for the water film increases. Finally, the results provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of such bearings, and promote the localization process. © 2023 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
