Design of a distribution network intelligent planning platform based on COTS

摘要
Based on the latest theoretical achievements in the field of planning, a distribution network intelligent planning platform, which integrates data management and intelligent planning, is proposed. This paper presents the overall function of the system, interface, algorithm and planning process. To enhance the software multiplication capability and application flexibility, a three-layer software structure is designed with COTS components widely used in the large scale software developments abroad. To ensure the consistence of topological data, a map-model data structure is introduced based on the data relationships. The software is developed on the Visual C++ 6.0 platform integrated with the GIS plug-in component MapX. A real-life planning case validates the feasibility of the proposed system.
