摘要
Aiming at the restricted application problem of reconfigurable assembly jig caused by difficulty and low efficiency during installation process, an augmented worker model combining worker with smart glasses was presented based on the present situations of installation process and technical requirements, a technical framework based on Cyber-Physical System (CPS) for installing reconfigurable assembly jig was constructed, and a cyber-physical installation system was presented. For the proposed framework of CPS, a new application communication protocol for reconfigurable assembly jig was developed to achieve interconnection of field equipments. The visual guidance of installation process based on workflow was constructed, which achieved quick acquisition of decision information and paperless display way. Accurate guidance aided by Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) was adopted to solve the problem of repeated operations. A reconfigurable assembly jig for vertical stabilizer was taken as an example to demonstrate that the proposed installing technology could change the traditional work pattern and significantly improve the work efficiency. © 2019, Editorial Department of CIMS.
