摘要
The nano-TiO2 sol-gel treatment method was used to enhance the interfacial adhesion of PBO fiber. The effect of the treatment conditions on the interfacial shear strength (τIFSS) was investigated. The morphology of the fibers surface was also investigated before and after sol-gel treatment. The best treatment parameters were determined, such as 3 min dipping in nano-TiO2 sol-gel solution and 4 min heat treatment. Under these treatment conditions, the max τIFSS of PBO fiber can be increased by 56.4%.
