摘要
To ensure the rapidity and accuracy of information transmission in final assembly stage, the multi-level unified data definition model for civil aircraft final assembly process based on ontology was built. Through transferring the single structure of Manufacturing Bill Of Material (MBOM) into flexible combination structure, the internal and mutual relationship among assembly structure, process, manufacturing resources and production management were fully displayed. The assembly process plan data association model based on semantic network was set up, by which the association inside the local field ontology and the top association in the domain ontology were realized. The consistency maintenance among all kinds of assembly process related data was ensured. On this basis, the related software development had been applied in a domestic large aircraft company process plan data management and obtained a good effect.
