摘要
When the metal belt transmission with rare-earth permanent magnets assistance running, the permanent magnets distributed at interval on the pulley cause periodic excitation, which result in transverse vibration of the metal belt and so harmful to the metal belt transmission. The paper, with the analysis tools of the ANSYS finite element, first made a comparison between the two different ways of arrangements and installations of the rare-earth permanent magnets on the pulley so as to find the more reasonable magnet model, secondly, analyzed the influence of the magnetic force with interval changes to the metal belt, set up the equation of transverse vibration responses and tried to solve it, and finally, conduct numerical simulation with one example to transverse vibration of the metal belt.
