摘要
CaCO3/CaO material is a potential thermochemical heat storage agent at high temperature due to its wide sources, large storage capacity and high storage temperature. The thermochemical energy storage principle and system of CaCO3/CaO material were briefly introduced. Moreover, the issues of high temperature sintering, poor inherent light absorption characteristics and elutriation easily encountered for CaCO3/CaO materials in surface and volumetric solar collectors were analyzed, respectively. The key issues facing the practical application of CaCO3/CaO thermochemical energy storage materials were systematically analyzed, the domestic and foreign research status of the development of high-efficiency CaCO3/CaO composite material were ssummarized. Finally, the shortcomings of CaCO3/CaO composites and the direction of further research and development were discussed. © 2023 Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
