摘要
To fully understand user's needs and define reasonable design parameters in the conceptual design stage of the product, according to the user's expectations of the product to ensure the accuracy of the conceptual design. Based on consumer positioning data, through the hierarchical classification of users' emotional requirements, the rough number algorithm was used to objectively determine the relative importance of each emotional demand, and the key user requirements in product design were identified. The application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was carried out to build a two-level quality house of "emotional requirements-functional requirements" and "functional requirements-design parameters", the interaction with the users was improved in the form of network interaction in the mapping process, and the ambiguity and uncertainty of demand transformation were reduced. Taking the design of children's assembled toys as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified. © 2021, Editorial Department of CIMS. All right reserved.
