摘要
The instrumented wheelset under high-precision, high-speed and continuous measurement is the important technical means to conduct associated system tests, safety evaluation and simulation of rail-wheel relationship and system dynamics of high speed railways. In the recent years, lots of researches have been carried out into instrumented wheelsets in China and the core of the technical advancement has been achieved. In this paper, the basic principle, design methodology, manufacturing technology and static and dynamic calibration of the instrumented wheelset are expounded, and the actual application conditions of the instrumented wheelset installed on Number 0 high-speed comprehensive-inspection train are introduced, where high-precision continuous measurement of wheel-rail dynamic forces under high-speed rotation of wheelsets are made. The results show that the instrumented wheelset inspection can gain the complete set of wheel-rail interacting forces including the vertical, lateral, longitudinal and wheel-rail contact forces, thus creating conditions for further study and application of dynamic wheel-rail forces with high detecting precision, reliable data transmission and steady performance. How to use the instrumented wheelset to simulate wheel-rail dynamics of high-speed railways is also discussed.
