摘要
In order to suppress the torque ripple during the commutation region for switched reluctance motors, a control scheme based on interval segmented torque sharing function is proposed. The scheme does not need to specify the torque sharing function in advance, and the commutation period is divided into two intervals according to the torque generating capacity of the adjacent two-phase windings. The excitation capability of the incoming phase and the torque tracking capability of the outgoing phase were fully utilized in the first interval, and torque tracking ability of the incoming phase and demagnetization ability of the outgoing phase were fully taken advantage of in the second interval, which make the total electromagnetic torque output from switched reluctance motors at a constant. The proposed method can not only suppress torque ripple, but also improve the operating efficiency of the system, and the robustness and anti-interference ability. Finally, a simulation and experimental platform is built based on a three-phase switched reluctance motors to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme by comparing and analyzing the control schemes based on traditional cubic and interval segmented torque sharing functions. © 2023 Editorial Department of Electric Machines and Control.
