摘要
The proportion of installed renewable energy capacity is increasing rapidly, and the task of accommodation is arduous. Trans-regional and cross-provincial market-oriented transactions have played an important role in promoting the large-scale accommodation of renewable energy. For the trans-regional and cross-provincial electricity spot trading for surplus renewable energy organized by State Grid Corporation of China, this paper summarizes the basic framework of spot trading, and outlines the trading mechanism from the aspects of organizational process and market connection. According to the actual operation situation in the past four years, the annual, monthly, and daily transactions are comprehensively summarized from the perspectives of electric power and price, and an evaluation index system is established to analyze its positive role in promoting the accommodation of renewable energy and forming the time-of-use electricity price. Combined with construction objectives of the new power system and development requirements of the electricity market, the limitations of trans-regional and cross-provincial electricity spot trading for surplus renewable energy in terms of transaction scope, transaction mechanism and participating entities are analyzed, and the relevant suggestions for the future construction of cross-provincial electricity spot market are put forward. © 2022 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
