摘要
For the joint optimization of product family configuration and remanufacturing design considering upgrade, a leader-follower joint optimization approach was developed, and a nonlinear bilevel optimization model with the product family configuration as a leader and the remanufacturing design as a follower was formulated. The upper-level optimization problem determined the optimal product family configuration to maximize the life cycle profit, and the remanufacturing design with upgrade consideration was modeled as a lower-level optimization problem to maximize the remanufacturing profit. A bilevel nested genetic algorithm was developed to solve this proposed bilevel model. An industrial case of desktop computer product family was demonstrated to the rationality and feasibility of the proposed approach, and an experiment was conducted to compare the obtained results with the result gained from a two-stage approach. It showed that the proposed approach could solve the joint optimization problem of product family configuration and remanufacturing design considering upgrade more effectively. © 2021, Editorial Department of CIMS.
