摘要
Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT)/ionic liquid (IL)/ polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)/ composites were prepared by adding IL-MWCNT. The results show that the conjugated interaction of IL-MWCNT with polymer effectively promotes the formation of polar β phase in PVDF, and the content of β phase in the composite is up to 76.8 %, which is 2.62 times of that in pure PVDF; the dielectric constant is 26.55 (100 Hz), 355% higher than that of pure PVDF. In addition, the optimal process parameters of fused deposition modeling(FDM) printing for PVDF composites were also discussed, which has guiding significance for the designable preparation of high dielectric devices by FDM printing. © 2021, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
