摘要：
Die Anforderung bzw. Empfehlung an Städte und Kommunen, einen Wärmeplan zu erarbeiten, bewirkt einen Ausbau und eine weitere Verdichtung der Fernwärmenetze, da sie eine energetisch günstige Form der Wärmeversorgung darstellen. Die Erweiterung und Verdichtung soll dabei möglichst ohne eine Außerbetriebnahme des Netzes oder Netzabschnitts stattfinden, um mög- lichst schnell, kostengünstig und vor allem ohne Versorgungsunterbrechung für die bestehenden Kunden zu geschehen. Die hierfür verwendete Technik ist das Anbohrverfahren.
