摘要
Many construction projects require as-built Building Information Modeling (BIM) with completed information. However, the facilities and equipments often changed. At the completion stage, because of the time pressure of closing the case, it cuts down modeling time and causes equipment data are incomplete. Therefore, it reduces the BIM value at the operation management stage. On the other hand, if BIM equipment components have their own asset identification codes (AIC), it will be beneficial for cooperation and communication. However, there are often tens of thousands of equipment components, so it is necessary to program through automation. This research uses Revit, Dynamo and Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) to develop automatic system. To achieve the efficiency of BIM's information and assistance of model which imported into the Facility Management System (FMS). © 2021, Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering.
