摘要
As a large scale of renewable energy is connected to the grid, the problem of transient overvoltage at the renewable energy terminal has gradually become the main factor restricting the integration scale of renewable energy and the UHVDC transmission power limit. Aiming at the LVRT control parameters of renewable energy, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of renewable energy overvoltage, and the influence characteristics of the LVRT control parameters which affect the overvoltage caused by the DC fault are illustrated. Furthermore, a set of optimized control parameters that can effectively reduce the transient overvoltage caused by the DC faults are proposed. The simulation results show that the adoption of the proposed optimized control parameters will effectively reduce the overvoltage at the renewable energy terminal. © 2022, Power System Technology Press.
