摘要
To solve the problem of takeoff safety analysis and timeliness and accuracy of safety control, the rocket launch safety system design scheme based on digital twins was proposed. In this system, the technologies including digital simulation and multi source model processing were used to form the virtual simulation scene. The real-time information of launch vehicle and ground system was captured with system's data acquisition module, which could achieve the evolution of rocket launch scene digital twinning. By using the digital simulation technology, simulation, interference checking and safety analysis of rocket launch process were realized, and the system would optimize and control the flight attitude of launch vehicle from simulation result at the same time. To ensure the accuracy of rocket launch safety system, the real data from rocket launch was used to assess and improve the system model. The result showed that the proposed system could increase reliability of rocket launch and ensure flight safety. © 2019, Editorial Department of CIMS. All right reserved.
