A change in the phase of a surface acoustic wave in the Δv/v-type waveguide in the presence of an external electric field

摘要
It is experimentally proved that, in an acousto-electronic planar structure formed on the 128° Y-X LiNbO3 substrate and containing a metal waveguide, the sign of a change in the phase of a surface acoustic wave (SAW) affected by an external electric field depends on which of the two substrate sides is covered with metal.
