Separation-based combustion control strategy for reheating furnace

摘要
A combustion control strategy is presented to deal with the disturbance of unstable fuel caloric capacity (FCC) of metallurgic plant reheating furnaces. This method is called separation control, in which the temperature-gas flow cascade control loop is still kept and air flow is turned separately according to the feed-forward productivity model. The disadvantage that the ratio cannot auto-turn along with FCC change of traditional cascade-ratio strategy is overcome. The separation control strategy is efficient and practical in keeping combustion efficiency and improving the control quality of chamber temperature of reheating furnace.
