摘要
The circuit design, fabrication, and performance of high-speed AlGaAs/GaAs HBT D-type flip flop and static frequency divider integrated circuits are described. By using current mode logic and self-aligned process, the D-type flip flop has rise time and fall time less than 80 ps, the static frequency divider shows right function at 0-8 GHz.
