摘要
The continuous compaction technology can ensure the compaction quality of the subgrade. However, the large difference between the detection range of continuous compaction detection method and conventional detection method causes discrete on-site test results, limiting the further promotion of continuous compaction technology. To establish the theoretical relationship between the continuous compaction detection results and the physical-mechanical properties of the subgrade, a roller-soil coupling model considering the roller driving was established, and the determination method of the model parameters was proposed. An analysis was conducted on the influence of soil shear modulus on the time-frequency domain characteristics of roller acceleration, the roller-soil interaction, as well as the quality control indicators of continuous compaction. The simulation results were compared with those of the subgrade rolling full-scale model test. The results show that the model can accurately reflect the dynamic properties of the roller-soil system. Based on the roller-soil coupling model, a continuous compaction quality control method for railway subgrade was proposed, which directly determines the qualified values of continuous compaction quality control indicators according to the design parameters of railway subgrade. This provides a theoretical basis and new implementation method for the continuous compaction quality control of railway subgrade. © 2024 Science Press. All rights reserved.
