摘要
How to avoid and decrease interference is one of the key technology for improving efficiency and accuracy of gear form grinding. On the basis of differential geometry theory and the space mesh theory, grinding wheel profile of a cogging is solved by non-instantaneous section envelope machining principle. Induced normal curvature theory of meshing surface is studied, grinding interference is judged through computing induced normal curvature which is the point of contact line that between grinding wheel surface and gear surface, on the meanwhile, changing rules that induced normal curvature follow setting parameters and character of interference point emerged around contact line, finally, getting a set of integrated way to judge, avoid and decrease interference theory of gear form grinding; value range of setting parameter of grinding wheel is obtained under grinding without interference by program of Matlab software. The example's analysis manifested that unreasonable adjusting grinding wheel setting parameter or dressing will lead to grinding interference, offering non-interference range of setting parameter for the actual grinding, from the deeper point, this avoiding grinding interference theory make a practical guiding significance for enhancing efficiency and accuracy of gear form grinding. © 2016 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
