Recovered paper prices decreased across mainland Europe in November 2003 and players predicted further decrease in December 2003. The 1.11 sorted graphic paper for deinking quality decreased from Euro 93-108/tonne to Euro 82-85/tonne in Germany. The 1.11 grade also decreased by Euro 10-15/tonne in the Italian and French markets. The main factor behind the price decrease was oversupply of recovered paper in Germany and France.
