WIND TURBINE BLADE FLUTTER SUPPRESSION METHOD BASED ON MOMENT TRANSFER MODEL

The vibration torque transfer model in the rotating plane of the blade-drive shaft-motor is established for the blade flutter phenomenon of the direct-drive horizontal-axis wind turbine,and the disturbance torque on the blade side and the disturbance torque attributed to the motor side are calculated. By controlling the motor torque,a control torque of equal magnitude and opposite direction is superimposed on the electromagnetic torque to suppress the blade chattering through the torque transfer model. At the same time,the motor torque components causing shaft resonance are trapped and filtered to suppress the shaft resonance. Finally,the effectiveness of the above method is verified by simulation and experiment. © 2024 Science Press. All rights reserved.
