摘要
In order to quantify repairability of RC frames, the repairability of RC frames using component-performance-based method is studied. Columns in severe damage are taken as demolition criterion, and repairability margin ratio is presented. Structure dynamic instability is adopted as collapse criterion. 48 RC frame structures are introduced according to the Chinese code, and incremental dynamic analysis is conducted for every structure. And the relationships are discussed among inter-story drift ratio, residual inter-story drift ratio, columns in severe damage and structure collapse. The mean value of residual inter-story drift ratio of column in severe damage is 1.48%, and mainly distributed between 0.5% and 2.5%. Furthermore, the risk of column in severe damage is remarkable when residual inter-story drift ratio exceeds 0.5%. The variable coefficient of demolition criterion based on column in severe damage is better than demolition criterion based on residual inter-story drift ratio. Moreover, the repairability margin ratio of demolition criterion based on residual inter-story drift ratio is sensitive to the variation of residual inter-story drift ratio. Results indicate that the method proposed in this paper is more reasonable and can quantify the repairability of RC frame. © 2018, Editorial Office of Journal of Building Structures.
