摘要
Based on the conduction mechanism of triggered vacuum switch, an experimental scheme was designed to study the conduction characteristics of triggered vacuum switch. Based on the detailed analysis of conduction process of triggered vacuum switch, trigger currents with different characteristics were used to conduct triggered vacuum switch in order to study the factors affecting conduction process. With the same main gap voltage, triggering charge quantity increased with increasing time delay, while the time delay decreased with increasing current growth rate and peak value of trigger current. Through the analysis of factors affecting conduction process, conduction condition was obtained, that is, when the main gap voltage is fixed, the required triggering charge quantity to switching-on the TVS should approximately satisfy a certain relationship. © 2017, The editorial office of Transaction of China Electrotechnical Society.
